    The mahogany case has been refinished to a high iridescence with four coats of clear coat and reproduction graphics.

    The 'feel' of the micrometer head is silky smooth with no gritty feel and no lock ups or bumps in the travel between min and max.
    The chrome has worn off of the knurled portion of the main body.  This is a cosmetic issue only.
